SNACK BAR

Open daily from April to October.
The Bar
Low season: open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM,
July–August: open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM until the end of evening entertainment.
The Snack
Low season: open evenings only on weekends, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM,
July–August: open every evening from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

WIFI

Free and available only around the reception area

We do not offer WiFi packages.
4G is available throughout the campsite (depending on your mobile operator).

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATION

Dual 22 kW charging station available at Camping Le Clos Cacheleux (nearby).
Payment by credit card via smartphone.

PETS ALLOWED UNDER CONDITIONS

Vaccination certificate required and pets must be kept on a leash,
Waste bag dispensers available throughout the campsite,
Extra charge: €5.90/night per pet — maximum 3 pets per accommodation.

LINEN & TOWEL PACKS

A linen kit is available for €12 per bed per stay (single or double bed).
It includes:

• pillowcase(s),
• fitted sheet,
• duvet cover,

€17 for a single bed kit + 1 towel
€21 for a double bed kit + 2 towels
All accommodations are equipped with pillows, duvets and blankets.

BREAKFAST & BAKERY

Bread and pastries ordered the day before at reception are delivered directly to your pitch or accommodation, regardless of the order.
Optional breakfast delivered in the morning to your terrace — €9.50 per adult / €5.50 per child (under 7),
All orders must be placed the day before before 6:00 PM.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE

Cancellation: please inform the campsite as soon as possible and report the claim within 5 working days (if insurance has been taken out).
NEAT insurer: declaration via help.neat.eu or by post – 117 quai de Bacalan, 33300 Bordeaux.

AQUATIC AREA

Unsupervised aquatic area,
Swimsuit required (swim shorts not permitted).
Heated indoor pool with water features
Open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Heated outdoor paddling pool with water games
Open throughout the season depending on weather conditions.

KIDS CLUB (AGES 6 TO 12)

The Piki Club:
July–August: open every day from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, except Saturday,
School holidays: open every day from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

During the summer season, the Piki Disco takes place 4 times a week:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.

WELLNESS AREA

Private wellness area reserved for guests aged 18+ (spa, sauna, jacuzzi), by reservation only,
€20/hour per person (massages not included),
Massages available by direct booking with Pascale at

CONVENIENCE STORE

For your everyday essentials,
Open daily from April to October, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Machines operate with tokens only, available for purchase at reception (€5.50),
Ironing board and iron available.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Deposit to be paid upon key handover: €200.

CLEANING OPTION

Option available at the time of booking: €65 flat rate.
It can also be added up to the day before departure, at no extra cost.
The cleaning option does not include:
Washing dishes,
Taking out the rubbish.
If the accommodation is not left in the expected condition, a deduction may be made from the security deposit.
